Aiyana Bobrownicki is a program manager specializing in college level STEM education evaluation. She will be pursing an MBA at Tuck in fall 2017. Through her work at Yale University’s Center for Teaching and Learning, Aiyana has managed two national $1,000,000+ grants and is actively publishing within academic journals. Her skill sets include evaluation, grant strategy development, event planning, operations, and staff management. Most recently Aiyana has served in a dual project management and consulting function to bring an institutional grant on schedule and on budget, while developing a new three year grant strategy. As a Yale alumna with a research intensive B.S. in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology, Aiyana brings technical scientific expertise to her work, allowing her to work fluently with both Yale’s scientific and administrative communities. Outside of work, Aiyana is deeply committed to promoting women’s leadership and is actively involved in Girl Scouts and the Forte Foundation. This summer she is looking forward to returning to her California hometown, where she directs the leadership development program for a Girl Scout day camp that she founded through her Gold Award in 2007.
