Diego Leal Ambriz

XEROX
Lease Administrator
San Antonio, Texas Area
Diego Leal Ambriz is a terrible singer… the worst you have ever heard. Nevertheless, that does not stop him from punishing crowds at karaoke to the beat of “Livin’ on a Prayer.” Born and raised in a small town in Mexico called Cadereyta Jimenez, Diego later studied international business in Monterrey until age 20, when he had the opportunity to study abroad at the wonderful Western Kentucky University. He loved it so much that he transferred and became very involved on campus, even becoming founding father and president of the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity. After graduation, he relocated to Connecticut to work for Xerox in the equipment financing division as a lease administrator and later transferred to San Antonio where he became the face of Xerox Financial Services in Texas. He is insatiable curious and since 2013 he reads a book a week. Diego loves teaching through Junior Achievement and mentoring college summer interns of minority backgrounds through Sponsors for Educational Opportunities. While living in Mexico, Diego played the trumpet and performed at the largest music hall in Latin America as a member of a local band called “Banda Lider.” He is super excited to tailgate and watch the wolverines play football at the University of Michigan this fall as an MBA Student.
