I've been with L'Oréal for 10 years working in Human Resources as a Business partner, in Talent Development and currently responsible for MBA Talent Acquisition for Marketing and Finance.
With a BS in Psychology from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City and a Masters in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, I have always been curious about what motivates people and thrive on helping students and professionals through their career journeys.
Having grown up and lived in multiple countries and continents, I enjoy meeting people from all parts of the world to discover new ideas and exchange thoughts and experiences.
