Marco is a Managing Director in JPMorgan’s Mergers and Acquisitions Group.  He leads the firm's Media & Communications M&A practice and is Global Chairman of J.P. Morgan’s Fairness and Valuation Committee. Prior to joining JPMorgan in Q1 2000, Marco was an associate at the law firm of Paul, Hastings advising on M&A and financing transactions.

Marco earned a J.D. from George Washington University Law School and a B.A. from Vanderbilt University.
